These terms and conditions are in accordance to the laws of India. Your use of this website and any dispute, controversy or claim directly or indirectly arising out of such use of the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. At gamepointinc, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery.

  • We have partnered with the best shipping companies in India to ensure that your product reaches you on time and in the best conditions.  
  • After submitting your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing your expected shipment and delivery dates (Not available for orders with non-valid email address).
  • Delivery lead times may vary based on carrier shipping practices, delivery location and items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may affect delivery time.
  • If the customer is not available for the freight delivery an attempt to contact the customer will be made by the freight carrier.
  • If the customer is not reachable the delivery will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will be responsible for all freight and holding fees of the carrier due to not being obtainable
  • Orders originally shipped and refused will be assessed an additional shipping charge for the reshipment of the order.
  • Please note some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, except major holidays. 
  • In case of our Couriers do not have service to your given shipping address, we will use India Post for shipment. In these cases, please allow us additional 5-7 days for delivery.
  • You can track the status of your order by going to the respective shipping company website.
  • For bulk orders, Delivery dates are based on in-stock availability of the items.
  • Lead time is dependent on vendor availability and vendor shipping practices
  • Large orders may require additional lead time in delivery

Return Policy

 Once the product was delivered, that product can be returned only in case of damage. Once the returned product is validated, we will send another product as a replacement.
